This special letter is to all of you who are currently supporting Bill Saye Ministries and those of you who have recently signed up to do so.

As you can see by the testimonies given on this site, there is an awesome and unique opportunity to reach a special population with the Gospel. The door is open for us to place my book, Unconditional Pardon, in the school libraries and all correctional institutions across this nation. We have also received many, many letters from students who have read Unconditional Pardon and have turned their life over to Jesus Christ and believe that Unconditional Pardon is a book that every teenager, parent, and educator should read and have access to in every library across the nation. It can change many lives.

The awesome responsibility of getting the Word of God to those in our schools and prisons, who society says are unreachable, has been handed to us. I am living proof that no one is unreachable and there is hope for everyone. Bill Saye Ministries can't possibly achieve this task without your help. Would you pray about partnering with us, if you haven't already, in reaching the unreachable?

There are four ways you can partner with us in this massive outreach:

1. In Prayer nothing happens without it being Father-filtered!

2. Partner by making a Monthly Donation

3. Partner by making an Annual Donation

4. Partner as the Lord allows you to give.

For each gift of $10, we can place a book in a school or correctional institute of your choice. If you do not have a preference, then we will place the book for you in these places across the nation as we travel. For those who would like it placed in a specific school, we will need the mailing address and name of the librarian; and for the institutions, we will need the address and we will mail it in care of the Chaplain. (Please complete the enclosed form and return it in the return envelope with your donation).

If you prefer to place it yourself, we will send the book directly to you when you provide your address. And for those who have a business or corporation, we are a 501(C)(3) non-profit organization. All donations are tax deductible and a receipt will be sent to every donor at the end of the year for tax purposes.

As a Partner in this mission outreach, you will continue to receive this monthly newsletter with updates and our itinerary. We thank all of you for your help in this outreach. We know that many souls will be reached and many lives will be changed.

Please share this exciting information with your Pastor. And tell him that we would be excited to do a Revival with him!

All donations will place books in Middle Schools, High Schools and Correctional Facilities

About Dr. Saye:

As a public school speaker, Dr. Saye goes into 50-75 schools each year and has been doing this for 20 years. His program is anti-drugs, anti-gang, and anti-prison and is appreciated by counselors, administrators, teachers and principals because of the way he stays inside the perimeters set by the courts for a public school speaker, and yet does not compromise his message about the importance of faith in the Greatest Teacher there ever was. Many comments from educators and administrators refer to the positive affect these assemblies have on their students and they request that he return to their school whenever he is in their area. We receive emails and letters from hundreds of students telling Dr. Saye how his program has touched their lives and has changed their way of thinking about drugs and gangs. Dr. Saye shows each student that they are valuable and important and that there is a definite purpose for their life.

Dr. Saye also ministers in approximately 30-40 prisons a year across the country and has the privilege of leading hundreds of inmates to Jesus Christ. After the services, prison psychologists, wardens, chaplains, and guards comment on the positive impact Dr. Saye has on the inmates.

The following are excerpts from some of these emails and letters we receive.

This is A. I was there yesterday when you were speaking at Wilkinson County High School. I really did enjoy hearing everything that you had to say. You have lived a hard life in the past and I am happy to hear that you have turned around and have received God in your life. I know people who do drugs and deal also that are in the school. I hope that by you coming and speaking to them will change them and they can straighten up. Well I just wanted to email you and let you know that I did enjoy hearing what you had to say as well as meeting you.

Thank you for coming to Bragg Jr. High School you really inspired me. I now know how truly important not doing drugs is. I love your book so far, it’s really good. L.

I heard your speech at Wilkinson County High School. It really did touch me. I want to read your book but the list is too long. Maybe you could send me one through the mail, if that’s okay with you N.

My name is E. and I think my day with you was a life long lesson that was the most interesting, touching, (and I hope you don’t mind me saying this but...) outrageous story I’ve ever heard. You did a great job at Bragg Middle School, I almost cried. God bless, E.

I just read your book Unconditional Pardon. I was very impressed by your story. I see all the trouble you got into over and over again, yet God has forgiven you and now you are a testimony to Him by doing God’s work. I was also impressed with the way your father accepted Jesus Christ into his life.
Two weeks ago I accepted Jesus Christ as my personal savior. I feel better inside than I have in years. With Christ in my life I am more aware of things and what I say. I am grateful for that. Your book made me do a lot of thinking. Seeing how out of control you were, made me think about my life these past 15 years. Your book laid groundwork for my accepting Jesus Christ as my Savior. J.R. The purpose of this letter is to let you know that I really enjoyed your book, Unconditional Pardon. I saw a copy from another inmate and borrowed it. I must say I can relate to some of your past situations, because I’m serving time myself. You see, I thought that I was above the law. I’ve come to realize that I’m not above the law nor am I above God bringing me down off that high horse that I w3as on. By reading your book and your story, made me realize there’s nothing that God won’t forgive me for because I thought I had done some unforgettable things. God is definitely a God of second chances. Thanks again for the inspiration. Please, if you can, tell me how I can obtain a copy of your book for my personal journey in my walk with the Lord. Thank you once again for such an inspiring book. It has truly changed my life and way of thinking. S.S. Pulaski State Prison, Hawkinsville, GA

I just got your book to day and I read all of it. I really liked it a lot. See, I have been saved and I have always turned my back on God. But then I got sent to prison to do a year in this god-awful place. It’s like you said in your book, you see stuff in here that you would not think about going on. I asked God to forgive me of all of my sins and for turning my back on Him so many times. But I do know that God is the only way you can live a happy life. And I love Him for forgiving and loving me. I just love God for what I see Him do in here. A lot of men have said that you cannot worship God in here. Well, if you can’t do it in God has done for me and thank you for the book.

I am currently an inmate at the Carroll County Detention Center. I happened to come across your book, Unconditional Pardon. I enjoyed the book very much. But my reason for writing is because I was wondering what scriptures helped you when you were starting out. Sometimes my feelings change, it’s not that I stop believing, it’s just sometimes I don’t know what to expect. C. CCDC, Carrollton, GA
